SharinPix is happy to announce a new ISV partnership with Documill, a document workflow automation solution built specially for Salesforce. The combined Salesforce-native technologies of both Documill and SharinPix will bring a new streamlined experience to users who want to generate and work with documents enriched with images.
Who is Documill?
Documill is a Salesforce ISV designed to help users create, collaborate on, approve and e-sign documents - all without leaving Salesforce. Using their dynamic templates and clause libraries, you can easily create a document for your exact needs. From there, automate your workflows with built-in logic to empower review processes, assignments of tasks and approvals. Once you are done working with your documents, have them saved as PDF files to be stored in relevant records in Salesforce or in SharePoint.
How will Documill use SharinPix Components?
SharinPix is bringing an empowered visual element to Documill documents using our Salesforce-native image components. The SharinPix Album and Image Upload components are added to the record where the user will need to generate a document. This allows users to upload images corresponding to the subject of the record that will be integrated into the document generated by Documill.
What are the Ideal Use Cases for the New Partnership?
The combined components of Documill and SharinPix will be beneficial to customers working in a variety of industries, from retail/consumer goods to real estate. In fact, we have already constructed an example of a use case for the real estate market.
In this demo, an opportunity record is created for a multi-bedroom house that is for sale. Using the SharinPix Upload component, the real estate agent can add multiple photos of the house to the record in Salesforce. From there, the images can be reordered as needed to reflect the desired positioning on the final document.
Finally, using the Documill lightning component, the user can generate a property brochure that contains all the information related to the house from the opportunity record plus the photos that were previously uploaded via SharinPix. That brochure can then be saved to the opportunity and shared with relevant stakeholders as needed.
