It has always been our goal at SharinPix to improve the Salesforce experience of every user with visual elements that integrate smoothly into your orgs. To that end, we created our SharinPix Free Image Components on Christmas Day 2016, allowing you to add images to your records in the form of a single image display or a multi-image slider with the ability to upload and delete them easily.
If you are using the SharinPix Free Image Components, make sure to go in and update your package so you get the new and improved components. From your App Builder, you need to go in and remove the old components and replace them with these new ones:

Here are the updates to each feature:
SharinPix Single Image
Our Image Display feature, SharinPix Single Image, interface has been revamped with a sleek design featuring an updated background color, upgrading the visual appeal and usability. One of the key improvements here is the text overlay update, where overlaid text is now neatly clipped within a well-organized layout with a contrasting background color. This change ensures that the text remains easy to read.
Error message
Also part of the SharinPix free image display feature is an updated error messaging system. This has been implemented to help users understand where a potential problem may be coming during viewing. Here is an example:
Image Slider
Also a part of the SharinPix free components, the image slider. We have updated the look & feel with the same contrast background as the SharinPix Single Image feature, plus a much smoother transition between images in the slider.
Interval scrolling
If you didn’t already know, aside from scrolling through manually using the left and right arrows, within the Image Slider, you can also set them to scroll through the images automatically by setting a time interval in the app builder. While this experience has existed for a while, our updates have made it more fluid, improving the overall experience.
If you are using the delete image feature from the free components, you can now have a confirmation message pop up to prevent accidental deletions.
