Snap-and-Say – When your hands are full during the inspection, but you need to take notes, use SharinPix Snap-and-Say during photo capture. This feature allows users to snap a photo and dictate a short message to be attached to that photo at the same time.
Video Capture – if your inspection requires you to capture visual proof beyond an image, SharinPix Forms also allows end users to capture video. This is perfect for proving a leaky sink faucet was repaired correctly.
Document Scanning – Need to save a copy of a materials invoice at a job site to have a record of it in Salesforce? Yes, apart from Magic Fill, all the SharinPix features listed above work entirely offline. Your mobile device will store data in the background and sync with Salesforce once the connection is restored.
Magic Fill doesn’t currently work offline because the mobile device needs internet access to handle queries with the AI to make the magic happen. However, offline Magic Fill is priority on the SharinPix development roadmap and we will have a working version in no time!
